Bokeh is a feature of depth-of-field in traditional photography that is determined by the sensor size and the aperture setting of the camera. The effect is typically a faceted circular “bloom” based on the type of physical shutter in the camera. The Lytro Cinema camera allows for custom Bokeh to be created in post-production, with a wide variety of looks from traditional shutters to custom looks.  This video contains an obvious bokeh effect:
